Rules for staying with pets
- Pets are considered small and medium-sized animals weighing up to 8 kg. The hotel reserves the right to independently determine the possibility of accommodation of a particular animal.
- Pets are only allowed in the chalets. Pets are not allowed in the rooms in the main building.
- If a guest is accompanied by a service animal (guide dog or other animals that serve human needs), their stay in the chalet is permitted regardless of the animal's size.
- Animals of special law enforcement units (guard dogs, sniffer dogs, etc.) are allowed to stay on the hotel premises.
- When settling in with a pet, the guest is required to familiarize themselves with these Rules, provide a passport with vaccination records, and confirm agreement with the Rules by signing.
- The guest must have a special mat or cage for the animal.
- Medium and large breed dogs should only be walked with muzzles and on a leash, in a specially designated area.
- The animal may only be left off-leash inside the chalet where the guest resides.
- Walking pets on the territory of the complex is prohibited, except in a specially designated area.
- The guest is required to bring their own dishes for the animal.
- The guest is required to bring special toilet trays for the animal.
- Feeding animals from hotel-owned utensils is strictly prohibited.
- In the absence of a special cage, it is forbidden to leave the animal unattended in the room, lobby or on the hotel premises.
- It is forbidden to wash animals in the showers, as well as to use towels, sheets, and other hotel items for them.
- It is forbidden to comb animals in the room and in the hotel lobby.
- The animal must be absent during room cleaning or renovation work.
- Pets are strictly prohibited in the SPA area.
- Pets weighing up to 8 kg are allowed in the Summer Pool area, only on a leash and only within the decking area.
- Accommodation with pets in the chalet is charged additionally - 500 UAH/day.
- The guest is required to pay a deposit of 2000 UAH to cover possible damage caused by animals to the hotel property. If the amount of damage exceeds the deposit, the guest is required to compensate the full cost of the damaged or destroyed property according to the price list posted at the hotel reception. The deposit is returned within 5 working days after departure, provided that there is no damage or destruction of the property.
