We unreservedly recognize the importance of the confidentiality of personal information of visitors to our Site.<br \/>By visiting our Site, registering on the Site as a User, sending applications and booking requests, you fully agree to this Privacy Policy.<br \/>This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User when using the Operator&#039;s service located in the domain https:\/\/www.riverwood.com.ua.<br \/>The Operator is the \u201cowner of personal data\u201d within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Personal Data Protection\u201d dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, as well as the \u201cdata controller\u201d for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016\/679 (EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter \u201cGDPR\u201d) and other applicable European data protection legislation.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1. DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/strong><br \/>The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:<br \/><strong>Personal data<\/strong>\u00a0- is any information of a personal nature that allows a third party to identify a natural person (personal data subject).<br \/><strong>Identified individual<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, TIN, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.<br \/><strong>Personal data subject<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is a natural person whose personal data is processed in accordance with the law.<br \/><strong>Controller\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that gains access to the personal data of data subjects and determines the purpose and methods of their use.<br \/><strong>Processing of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, such as collection, recording, systematization, structuring, storage, clarification (update, change), arrangement, viewing, use, distribution or any other type of provision of access to third parties, including employees of the Controller, as well as depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.<br \/><strong>Privacy of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a requirement that must be complied with by the Operator or another person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of another legal basis.<br \/><strong>User of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the User)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site&#039;s services.<br \/><strong>Cookies\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 a small piece of data sent by a web server, stored on the User&#039;s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.<br \/><strong>&quot;IP address&quot;<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a unique network address of a node in a computer network, built using the IP protocol.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><br \/>The User&#039;s use of the Site&#039;s services constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User&#039;s personal data.<br \/>In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site&#039;s services.<br \/>This Privacy Policy applies only to the Operator&#039;s Website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may access via links available on the Operator&#039;s Website.<br \/>The Agency does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Booking System.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><br \/>This Privacy Policy establishes the Operator&#039;s obligations to non-disclosure and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when making a reservation made through the Site.<br \/>The User&#039;s personal data permitted to be processed within the scope of this Privacy Policy:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>last name, first name, patronymic;<\/li>\r\n<li>date of birth;<\/li>\r\n<li>sex;<\/li>\r\n<li>email address (e-mail);<\/li>\r\n<li>phone number;<\/li>\r\n<li>passport data (passport series and number, country of issue, validity period);<\/li>\r\n<li>place of residence (country, city, address);<\/li>\r\n<li>payment card details;<\/li>\r\n<li>other data necessary for making a reservation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The Site uses a technology for identifying Users based on the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer using a web browser.<br \/>When the User uses the Site, cookies may be recorded on the computer he uses for access, which will later be used for automatic authorization of the User on the Site, as well as for collecting statistical data, in particular, about visits to the Site. At the same time, the Operator never stores personal data or passwords in cookies.<br \/>If the User believes that for one reason or another the use of cookies is unacceptable to him, he has the right to prohibit the storage of cookies on the computer used to access the Site by configuring the browser accordingly. It should be borne in mind that all services on the Internet that use this technology will be unavailable. The Site may contain links to other websites.<br \/>The Operator, in turn, is not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites. The Operator urges the User to be careful when leaving our Site and to carefully read the privacy policies of each Site that collects personal information about the User. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><br \/><strong>The user is obliged to:<\/strong><br \/>Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site&#039;s services.<br \/>As soon as possible, restore and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes to this information.<br \/><strong>The operator is obliged to:<\/strong><br \/>Use the information received solely for booking purposes.<br \/>Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential and not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User.<br \/>Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User&#039;s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.<br \/>Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><br \/>An agency that has failed to fulfill its obligations as a result of its own culpable actions is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.<br \/>In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator is not liable if the confidential information:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>became public domain before its loss or disclosure;<\/li>\r\n<li>was received from a third party before its receipt by the Operator;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>was disclosed with the consent of the User.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>6. SAFETY<\/strong><br \/>The Operator takes reasonable administrative, physical and technological security measures to protect the User&#039;s personal information from unauthorized access, use, unauthorized or accidental destruction, alteration or disclosure. Although the Operator takes commercially reasonable measures to ensure the level of security, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided via the Internet or used in our databases.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7. ADDITIONAL TERMS<\/strong><br \/>The Agency has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.<br \/>The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Booking System website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ombudsman.gov.ua\/ua\/page\/zpd\/info\/\">Personal Data Protection Authority in Ukraine<\/a><br \/>The administrative body for personal data protection in Ukraine is the Department for Personal Data Protection of the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
